This is a beautiful 12 x 12 I recently did. I love the depth, texture and the purple flowers. I used a photo reference from our Thanksgiving trip to California. One might say California doesn't look like this in the fall, but I have a full pallet of colors to work with, so I did. The clouds broke right after the morning showers to reveal those rolling hills.
